The staff was absolutely wonderful, the accommodation was wonderful and fairly clean. Central location just next door to tourist attractions, restaurants, park and shopping, Centro and especially Santa Lucia Parque and de old centre of Merida, it was in a lovely area. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Centro de Merida district.

The breakfasts were solid and very good, always with lots of meals. Particularly good location, it was really close to de old centre as well as the central plaza and paseo montejo. The pool was very clean, the staff was pleasant and incredible.

I liked this affordable hotel and stayed for 4 nights here. The staff were very-very nice and the facilities were clean. The breakfast with various options. Also, location was good, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Main Square.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the excellent location, just a short walking distance to the center and many good restaurants. The pool area was quiet and nice for a bit of rest during the hottest hours of the afternoon. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered secure gated parking. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was spacious, and the bathroom had a hairdryer. The hotel also provided an iron and adapter upon request. The breakfast options were delicious, and the wifi was reliable. The hotel's location was close to the main square and the Parque de Santa Lucia. I would highly recommend staying here.
